Accommodation
If you're staying on site, the lead person on your booking will have been sent all the necessary information by Fforest. The important bits are:

Check in is 4pm-8pm on Friday (please let Fforest know if you're likely to be later, this may incur a charge)

Bedding and towels
Bedding and towels are provided in the Domes, Crog Lofts, Garden Rooms and Campshacks.
Those staying in the Bell Tents and Kata Cabins will need to provide their own bedding and towels.

Check out is noon on Sunday.

Getting there
Fforest Farm is located in Cilgerran, 10 minutes drive in land from Cardigan.
The postcode SA43 2TB will get you to the right place. Follow the signs to the nature reserve and then you'll see the entrance to Fforest.

If you're staying off-site, we recommend booking taxis in advance.

Dress Code
We are hoping to get married outside but have a back-up plan if the Welsh weather is not on our side! The dress code for the ceremony is formal.
Although our venue is outdoors and the accommodation is glamping style, there are gravel paths everywhere, so at no point should you have to walk through muddy fields. There are fire pits around a little pub on site.

WHAT TO BRING...
-
Waterproofs and umbrellas if the forecast is wet
-
Warm layers and blankets for the evenings
-
Suitable footwear for the gravel terrain
-
Snacks and drinks for your accommodation (please opt for reusable water bottles rather than plastic)
-
Your choice of milk, if you take it (tea and coffee are provided)
-
The bar takes cash and card
-
Your swimmers for the barrel sauna or if you're brave enough for the river!
-
Faith in Nature products are provided in the showers, please avoid products with detergents.
-
The information you have received from Fforest will let you know if you need to bring bedding and/or towels
-
You don't need to bring confetti (especially anything that's not biodegradable), we've got that covered.
